Smaran grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Smaran software application on compatible Android and iOS devices that you own or control.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the application, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
All database instances are stored locally on your device. Smaran is not liable for data loss caused by hardware replacement, factory resets, or device corruption.
This agreement is concluded between you and Smaran, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance or support services.
